On Feb. 3, 1993, Yantai Zheng-　hai Electronic Mask Co., Ltd. was founded. From then on, the Zheng-　hai people have been working hard, steadily and stably stepped into the new 21st century. On Dec. 11, 2003, Yantai Zhenghai Electr-onic Mask Co., Ltd. was successfully transformed into a Joint-stock Limited Company, came into a brand new era with more healthy and more reasonable capital and product structure.
　　Looking back the past, we are very proud. Over the past ten years, Zhenghai has grown up, from a tender seedling into a robust big tree. With wisdom and arduous labor, the Zhenghai people have harvested a number of great achievements.
